US Shipping
Due to current US tariffs, AusPost has paused standard deliveries. We can only offer express shipping at $38.95 AUD, or free express shipping on orders over $220 AUD. Please note, any customs fees are the customer’s responsibility.

🔍 How do I track my order?
Once your order leaves our Fulfilment Centre, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can track its journey.



SHIPPING ISSUES & RETURNS

My order is taking longer than expected – what do I do?

1️⃣ Check your tracking number with the shipping carrier. This was sent to the email used at checkout once your order was shipped. If you're having trouble locating this email, try checking your spam or junk folder.
2️⃣ If you still have issues, email us at team@st-argo.com and we’ll help!

My item is being returned to sender – what happens next?

If no one is available to sign for your parcel, the courier may leave a pickup card.

If the parcel is not collected in time, it will be returned to us.

Please note, re-delivery will require an additional shipping fee.

I entered the wrong shipping address – what should I do?

Before shipping: Contact us ASAP with the correct details.

After shipping: Unfortunately we can’t change the address or retrieve the parcel once it has been dispatched, however we can try and re-route your order if you get in touch with our team - but please note this is not guaranteed.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS/TARIFFS

🌎 Do you ship internationally?
Yes! International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery time depends on your specific location, and seasonality.

Please note, import duties & taxes may apply in your country and ST ARGO is not responsible for the payment of these import duties/taxes. Refusal to pay duties & taxes owed will result in any fees associated being deducted from a potential refund.

A general guide for tariffs in your region (these are not guaranteed)

For US Customers: Please expect to pay approximately 50% of the US value of your order (including shipping) in duties & tariffs

For EUROPE & UK Customers: Please expect to pay approximately 23% of the EUR or GBP value of your order in tariffs.

📦 Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes?

PO Box delivery internationally cannot be guaranteed. It is best to leave a residential or business delivery address to ensure safe delivery and avoid potential delays.
