CHANGE OF MIND & INCORRECT SIZING

I ordered the wrong size, what do I do?

We accept product exchanges & refunds due to incorrect sizing or change of mind, so long as:

  • Item(s) must be initiated for return within 28 days of receiving the item.
  • Item(s) must be returned in new condition, with original tags still attached.

You can send your item(s) back with the carrier of your choice. Please note:

  • We do not offer return labels, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of lost returns.
  • If an item is lost in transit without tracking, we cannot refund or exchange it.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect for quality and process an exchange or refund, depending on the outcome.

Refunds can take up to 7 business days to process, depending on your bank.




SALE ITEMS

  • Exchanges on sale items are not accepted for change of mind or size swaps.
  • Exchanges/refunds are only available for faulty or defective goods under warranty.
  • Dog treats are not eligible for returns or exchanges, unless there is an obvious defect.



REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES - DEFECTIVE / FAULTY PRODUCTS

My item is faulty, what do I do?

We are so sorry to hear this—let’s resolve it as quickly as possible.

Make sure to include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the fault

We will do our best to reach your preferred outcome.




WARRANTY

All products are covered by statutory warranties. We warrant that:

  • Products are free from defects in workmanship and materials.
  • Products are of merchantable quality and fit for their intended purpose.

Warranty period:

  • All products are covered for 90 days (3 months) from the date of purchase.
  • Beyond 90 days, we are not liable for replacements or refunds.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by dog chewing the item(s).
  • Damage caused by exposure to sea water.
